October 10, 2019

Our first Wellness Summit in 2019 focused on how we can empower organizations to create a culture of wellness, which enhances organizational performance. Together, we have the power to shift thinking from an individual level to a systems level. We want to trade traditional treatment approaches for successful prevention and holistic strategies, change outdated mindsets and support the adoption of evidence-based frameworks and guiding principles, which inspire unique approaches and positive outcomes on a global scale.

86 per cent felt empowered to build a healthy workplace culture.

90 per cent were motivated to build a more comprehensive wellness plan.

90 per cent were inclined to prioritize organization wellness.

100% would attend a future summit.

What attendees are saying about The Wellness Summit

The day was so beneficial and provided a wonderful opportunity to hear new ways to implement wellness. It was presented in such a way that we could take things back to our workplace that felt 'doable'.

All of the speakers had things I could take away and use in my workplace, so I felt the whole day was very engaging. The panel was interesting, as hearing from local companies working on improving the wellness in their organization was inspiring.

I thoroughly enjoyed the summit. I was able to retain so much information and was very engaged the entire day (which is sometimes hard to do because it's a long day of learning). I will definitely be attending next year!
