I still haven’t received my login credentials to access the platform for event day. What do I do?
Emails are scheduled to be sent out to all registrants on June 20 and 24 with login credentials to access the platform. If you did not see these emails, please check your junk mail. If the email is not in your junk mail, please contact us at nwc@nationalwellness.org.

How do I login to the platform?
Please visit: https://www.pathlms.com/nwi/courses/42739 Enter the username and password provided  in the email with your login credentials. A pop-up will appear with profile settings, click on submit.

What is included in the registration fee?
You will have access to multiple days of live streamed, on demand, hands on workshops and sessions with local, national and international experts. Including breakout sessions and workshops from individuals with expertise spanning multiple industries across both Canada and the United states, on topics such as mental health in the workplace, diversity and inclusion, leadership capacity and performance, strategy, employee resilience, occupational burnout and more.

What currency is the ticket price in?
Ticket prices are $100 US. GST does not apply.

How do I see the currency exchange?
There is a currency converter in the registration process to convert the ticket total in CAD funds. There is no GST for ticket pricing.

Who will benefit from this event the most?
This will benefit business owners, managers, leaders or individuals invested in cultivating wellness for their people, workplaces and communities and want to learn, grow and connect with others in the industry.

What is the last day to register?
June 23, 2022 is the last day to register. Click here to register now.

What is an on-demand session and how long will I have access to it after the conference?
An on-demand session is a pre-recorded session that will be available to conference attendees after the conference date until August 31, 2022. This will be similar to a “Masterclass” style of on demand viewing. More details will be provided on how to access them closer to the event.

Where is this event being held?
For our valued customers and participants, we are bringing this conference to you virtually for an unbeatable price to provide you access to world renowned experts and wellness content from the comfort of your office or home. Anyone wishing to attend the in-person event hosted in Orlando Florida, can do so by visiting the National Wellness Conference website.

How do I access the event after I register?
An email with your account and log-in information will be sent to the email used in your registration one to two weeks before the event. Use the information in this email to access to virtual platform.

How can I contact the organizer?
For any questions and comments, please use the contact form.

What happens if I require tech or other support?
Technical support assistance will be available during the virtual conference. More information will be provided to attendees prior to the event date.

If I must cancel or want to transfer my ticket, how do I do so and can I get a refund?
If you must cancel or transfer your ticket to another, please reference the National Wellness Institute cancellation policy here.

Will it be recorded if I miss a session?
Live sessions will not be recorded; however, we are offering on-demand sessions for additional learning.

Do I need to be online and always attending the conference? Or can I leave the meeting for short periods of time and access it again?
We encourage you to attend as much as the conference as possible; however, we understand that there may be urgent matters that require your attention. The live sessions cannot be accessed again in real-time. However, on-demand and pre-recorded sessions will be available until August 31, 2022. This will be similar to a “Masterclass” style of on demand viewing. More details will be provided on how to access them closer to the event.

How do I earn Continuing Education Credits (CEC) credits?
Upon registration there will be an option for you to indicate if you are attending the conference to earn CEC credits. As you attend sessions, your hours will unlock your certificate of either three, six or 11 credits. If you engage with on-demand sessions, you have the ability to earn three or six additional credits. Certificates will be available from the platform once the conference has wrapped up.

Can I use my attendance towards credits for my Human Resources accreditation?
If you have your Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, attendance at the National Wellness Conference can be logged towards your Continued Professional Development (CPD). The conference is approved for a total of up to 11 CPD credits.
