What should I expect  if I attend?

Our goal is for you to feel more empowered to execute and implement healthy workplace culture practices into your organization and have a better understanding of how psychological health is a part of that. Various tools and resources will be shared to assist you in fostering growth, buy-in and success for workplace wellness in your organization.

Using our virtual event platform, PheedLoop, you’ll hear inspiring keynote presentations, connect with wellness experts during breakout sessions and participate in panel discussions driven by you—industry thought leaders dedicated to workplace wellness.

 

When do I select concurrent sessions?

You will be notified via email when you can select your preferred concurrent sessions through PheedLoop.

 

Can I change my selected concurrent sessions?

You will be able to change your selection at any time prior to the session start time through PheedLoop.

 

Can I transfer my ticket to another ?

Ticket transfer is permitted if received in writing on or before April 14, 2021. Tickets cannot be transferred after April 14, 2021.­ All transfer requests must be sent using the contact form.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Cancellations received in writing on or before April 7 will be issued a full refund less a $7.50 processing fee. Cancellations received after April 7, 2021, will not receive a refund. All transfer and refund requests must be sent using the contact form.

 

How do I join the event?

You’ll join the event through our virtual online platform, PheedLoop. Details on how to join will be sent to you in advance of the event via email.

Through PheedLoop, you can access all the sessions and break-out rooms, your personalized event schedule and notepad. You can connect privately with other attendees using chat and video and participate in virtual activities throughout the event days. You can access PheedLoop in advance of event to set up your profile and create or modify your personalized agenda.

PheedLoop works with all devices, including desktops, mobile devices and tablets. As a web browser-based platform, no downloads are required to join and participate. For the best user experience, please use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge as your web browser and ensure your mobile device has the most up-to-date software.

Can I use my attendance towards credits for my HR accreditation?

If you have your Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, attendance at the summit can be logged towards your Continued Professional Development (CPD). The Wellness Summit is approved for a total of six CPD hours, three hours each day. Please use the contact form to obtain a certificate of attendance.
