Hanlie van Wyk is a behavioural change expert, systems strategist, author and Ph.D. candidate for Hate Crime Studies. From working to prevent hate crime to humanizing the workplace, a career that spans three decades and four continents researching and applying behavioural change strategies to some of the thorniest behavioural problems. As director and lead change consultant with Change Craft, she studies, develops and applies agnostic systems and practices that make change sticky and results in high performing individuals and cultures. While the framework can be applied to a wide variety of changes, she specializes in change strategy to grow more effective leadership, foster a more tolerant, inclusive workforce and to allow for a healthier, more productive workforce.
